SnapBucket is owned and operated by Briskforce Inc., a C-Corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using SnapBucket, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or via in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

SnapBucket offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel anytime; access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

7. Beta Features and Trials

We may offer optional beta features or free trials. These are provided “as is” with no guarantees, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

8. Downtime and Maintenance

We strive for high uptime but may perform maintenance or face outages. We will attempt to notify you in advance of planned maintenance. SnapBucket is not liable for downtime, loss of data, or disruption of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided via the Service is the property of Briskforce Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without compensation to you.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.

12. Data Portability

You can export your data at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. We retain backups and audit logs as needed for compliance and service delivery.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk for SnapBucket or other users. Upon termination, your access and data may be permanently deleted.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, security, or fitness for a specific purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Briskforce Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of your use of the Service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Briskforce Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or legal fees resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

17. Export and Compliance

You agree to comply with all local laws and export restrictions. You may not use the Service if you are located in an embargoed country or are on any government sanctions list.

18. Force Majeure

Briskforce Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, outages, or government restrictions.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Briskforce Inc. concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, written or oral. Failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver.
